MoovX™ is a brand of Neudach LLC.

By accessing moovx.com, submitting a review or vote, or using the tools on the site, you agree to these Terms of Use.

These terms govern your use of MoovX, a content site about electric vehicles, AI, technology, and space. MoovX publishes a vehicle database, rankings, Spotlight, a blog, news, and tools such as compare, charging cost, and solar savings. MoovX does not sell products or take orders.

Do not misuse the site. Do not post unlawful content, try to break or overload the service, scrape it in a way that degrades it, copy the database to run a competing service, or impersonate another person.

Operator accounts sign in with email and password through Supabase Auth. You are responsible for activity under your sign-in and for keeping the password confidential. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You do not need an account to browse, vote, or submit a review.

You confirm that you own, control, or have permission to post any name and text you submit.

By submitting a review or reply, you grant MoovX permission to store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the site, and to keep reasonable backup copies, for as long as it stays posted. You keep ownership of your text.

You agree not to submit content that infringes another person’s rights, violates applicable law, contains harmful or abusive material, includes someone else’s private information, or is otherwise inappropriate.

A vote is a preference on a vehicle. We store it as part of the public tally. It is not tied to an account.

We may edit, refuse, or remove a review, reply, or other submission. We are not obligated to publish every submission.

Specs, prices, and estimates like charging cost and solar savings are informational only. They are compiled from manufacturer information and other public sources, and they can be incomplete, estimated, or out of date. They are not an offer, a quote, or a recommendation to buy a vehicle, a charger, or a solar system. Confirm details with the manufacturer, a dealer, or a qualified installer before you rely on them.

Some links on MoovX are affiliate links. They include EnergySage through CJ Affiliate (Commission Junction) and links to other partners. If you follow a link and take a qualifying action, MoovX may earn a commission. You do not pay extra because a link is an affiliate link. The site may also show third-party ads, including Google AdSense and similar networks. Affiliate and ad relationships do not change the vehicle records we publish. See the Affiliate Disclosure.

The site links to other sites and services, including manufacturers, news publishers, YouTube, advertisers, and affiliate partners. Their content, offers, and policies are their own. MoovX is not responsible for those sites or for what happens after you leave moovx.com. Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled on this site.

All MoovX branding, website content, text, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Neudach LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without permission. Vehicle data and third-party news remain subject to their own sources.

The site is provided as is and as available. MoovX does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that specs, prices, rankings, or estimates are complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoovX and Neudach LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the website or your reliance on its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid to use it. The site does not charge for access, so that amount is $0.

Some places do not allow certain limitations. In those places, these limits apply to the extent the law allows.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in California are the exclusive venue for a dispute arising out of these terms or the site. Either party may still bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the Last updated date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of MoovX after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
